Run AWS wine, spirits, rum, bartending and service courses in your island, hotel group or venue, with our curriculum, exams and certificates behind you.

  • AWS Level 3 or equivalent, plus hospitality or trade experience
  • Confident presenting to groups
  • Trained through the AWS Certified Wine Educator™ or Spirits Educator™ course
  • Your own Approved Centre number and a pin on our Where to study map
