Do I need any experience?
No. Our entry courses start from zero, and every level builds on the one before. If you already work in hospitality, the Course Finder can place you higher.
Which course should I start with?
Take the two-minute Course Finder and we will suggest the right level for you, or message us and we will help you choose.
How fast can I start and finish?
Online self-study courses start the moment you enrol and run at your pace. Results and certificates come within two weeks of the exam.
Will employers recognise it?
Hotels, restaurants and bars across the Caribbean and the Americas train their teams with us and post jobs on our board. Every certificate has a number they can check on our Verify page.
Can I study in Spanish or German?
Yes. Our online self-study courses are available in English, Spanish and German.
Can you train my whole team?
